Forming and shaping pipes
In the strength of our expertise in the deformation and machining of low gauge sheet metals, a few years ago we started providing services also in machining brass and aluminium pipes. The products we make are used mainly in the field of chimney stacks and gas-fired boiler accessories.
The highly specialised machining operations we can carry out on metal pipes, which you can also see on this page, are the following:
- external radial drawing,
- internal grooving,
- external grooving,
- widening.

The physical characteristics of the pipe we can machine are the following:
- material: brass or aluminium;
- up to a diameter of 150 mm;
- up to a thickness of 2 mm.
